Always Send an Email Response....

It's important to always have an email response to send back to the people that you don't know.

I recently had someone call me on the phone because I sent them an email response.

This is my email letter that I reply with:

Hello [FIRSTNAME],

Thank you for sending me your email. I know you probably get everyone calling you or emailing you about a business, product or service all the time.

Every one calls me and sends me emails all the time too; about a business product or service.

However, I felt that this was important enough to let you know about it.

I'm going to make a long story short. A dear friend, Bill, bugged us for two weeks, to look at a business and we kept blowing him off.

I don't know about you, but I get tired of people bothering me about the next best business, product or service.

Anyway, Bill called us up one day and said he was on a Ray's team. We have known Ray for 10 years and he is a person of integrity.

We called Ray up and asked him what it was about. Ray convinced my husband and I to go to dinner and meet with him, a small group of 15 and one of the CEO's of the company.

We went for dinner and we still were not 100% sure if we wanted to do it. Even though, it's a recession proof business.

We asked Ray, after dinner, if he had a video that we could take home and review.

Ray walked us to his car, gave us a DVD, a brochure and showed us a weekly check that was in the 5 digits.

Ray was with the company for only 13 months, at that time.

We got started right then and there. We didn't even know how it worked.
